About

London Health Concierge was founded to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and teams who work in some of the capital’s most fast-paced environments, efficiently, comfortably and without compromise to their work-life balance.

A health-industry professional, elite personal trainer and former competitive bodybuilder with over 10 years’ experience, Daniel Casey founded London Health Concierge in response to recurrent complaints among his clientele. Due to the sedentary nature of modern working life, many displayed almost identical health and wellbeing issues, from hunched shoulders and back and neck pain to knee issues, diminished flexibility and lethargy. Common too were frequent bouts of illness caused by stress, fatigue and the effects of poor nutrition and insufficient hydration.

Having drawn from the support of a network that includes some of Britain’s leading physiotherapists, sport therapists, osteopaths and dieticians, Casey has created LHC as a response to this modern pandemic. Specialising in postural issues, injury prevention and management, it provides tailored dietary and exercise programmes to ensure entrepreneurs, business owners and employees of all levels can perform happily, healthily and to the best of their ability.

Using tried and tested methods, London Health Concierge facilitates comprehensive, lasting and potentially life-changing improvements to clients’ personal wellbeing and professional productivity.

Lost productivity, both in terms of absence and presenteeism (defined as employees being physically present at work but performing in a sub-optimal way), has a devastating impact on the British economy. In 2018, UK businesses lost over 140 million working days due to sickness, at a cost of £77 billion. Over 30% of cases related to either muscular-skeletal issues or stress-related mental health issues.

London Health Concierge confronts the issues contributing to lost productivity and advises on the best solution. Whether for an institution, team or individual, reduced sick days result in increased workplace productivity and improved health and satisfaction for all staff involved.
